2024 Pool Club Memberships

Pool Club Hours:  7 days a week from 10am - 8pm


BOATER POOL CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

 

All boat slip dock leases include access to the Southpoint Marina Pool Club and lounge room.  Each member is allowed to bring one significant other along with any legal children under the age of 25 years and must follow the guess policies below.

NON BOATER POOL CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

 

Family and individual pool club memberships for non boat owners are available on a limited basis.  To submit an application please click on the "Non Boater Pool Club Membership" link below.  The application must include the names of all members along with full payment information.  Pool club memberships also include access to the club lounge room.

 

  • Family Memberships:  $1,145.00 Includes main member, one significant other, and up to 4 legal children under 25 yrs age

  • Individual Memberships:  $745.00 Includes only one main member

GUEST POLICIES

  • A member is defined from the name on the contract, their significant other, and any legal children under the age of 25. (Excludes single pool club membership which is for one person) 

  • Monday-Thursday (Excluding holidays) guests accompanied by a member can use the pool area at no charge. (Maximum of 2 guests) 

  • Friday-Sunday guests accompanied by a member may purchase a daily pass for $20. (Maximum of 2 guests) 

  • All guests must be checked in with a marina staff member

Pool Club Rules & Policies:

 

  • No life guard on duty, swim at your own risk

  • No pets or glass of any kind! 

  • Maximum pool depth is 5 feet, all swimmers must be proficient in swimming or use approved flotation device

  • No diving, jumping, or running

  • No smoking in or around the pool area within the fenced in pool deck.

  • Two or more adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present at the pool at all times when pool is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck

  • Children less than 16 years of age must at all times be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety

  • No  floating rafts or water toys allowed

  • Food & beverage is available from the restaurant facility or you can bring your own!

  • Children under 3 years of age must wear swim diapers at all times

  • There will be 48 lounge beds along with 10 tables with 4 seats per table, seating is first come first serve

  • Bathrooms and showers will be stocked with complimentary body soap, shampoo, and conditioner

  • The club lounge room is available to all pool membership holders, please clean and remove any items brought in

  • All pool club rules subject to change and modifications

  • Southpoint Marina holds the right to remove any guests or member from the facility for any safety or ethics reasons

  • Have fun, enjoy the day, and show courtesy to all other members as you would have others show to you

Full Service Marina & Restaurants

 

Clubhouse Rentals

​

The clubhouse is available to rent for semi-private parties up to 40 people.  Group coordinators are limited to members of the Marina, Bellagio and the Pool Club only.  Weekend rentals including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not available due to member use and enjoyment.  Semi-private space includes the clubhouse family room and enclosed canopy area.  Please be aware the areas may still be available for members to use restrooms, showers, and other public spaces.  Please contact the marina office to reserve (585-288-0720).  Payment in full is due in order to confirm and guarantee the time slot.

 

Afternoon Time Slot (11:00am - 3:00pm) - $350 Monday-Thursday*
Evening Time Slot (4:00pm - 10:00pm) - $500 Monday-Thursday*

There is no charge for "member-only" parties, such as Dock Parties, etc., as well as small "member-hosted" parties with 15 or less people. Please note that the facilities will remain open and available for all other members to enjoy at the same time.  Please ensure the facilities are cleaned and maintained during and after use. This includes returning the space to its condition prior to the rental. Please empty all garbage's, realign all chairs and tables and clean any associated mess.

 *Weekend rentals including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not available.

 *The facilities will be closed in the off season due to winterization from October15th-April15th

 *Cleaning fees will be added if the space is not returned to its original condition.
